Blackberry Patch, a growing business located in Thomasville, Ga., first began working with Forms Management Inc. (FMI) in 2011. As distributors of handmade syrups, jams, jellies and preserves, Blackberry Patch relies on FMI’s label printing services as they process orders for their more than 100-item inventory.

After utilizing FMI’s service for a few small projects, Blackberry Patch began entrusting FMI with the majority of their label printing needs—including both Blackberry Patch product labels as well private label brands.

Nina Cooper, the customer service manager at Blackberry Patch, said the company had previously utilized several other printers, but was drawn to FMI because of their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction.

“Brian Haley, our account rep, stopped by our office for an introduction to FMI and what they provide, then we started with small projects to see how they worked and moved on,” Cooper said. “We had previously worked with three other labels businesses and since starting to work with FMI, have moved all of our art files from other printers over to FMI. “

With products being sold nationwide in leading department stores, specialty food stores, resorts, mail order catalogs and through an online shop, Blackberry Patch labels must be produced quickly, without compromising quality— a feat that Cooper believes FMI has mastered.

“They understand that our commitment to our customers is to meet the needs of a fast-turnaround on their orders and therefore provide us with our label orders within a reasonable time frame,” Cooper said. “They’ve also, on several occasions, worked hard and even provided us with last minute, rush orders.”

Since working with FMI, Cooper said the labelling portion of Blackberry Patch’s production process has improved immensely.

“Their professionalism and exceptional quality labels are superior to any other printer we have worked with,” Cooper said. “By providing beautiful, high-quality labels in quick time frames, they allow us to ship orders to our customers faster, and that’s a top priority for us.”
